In order to give an opinion about a topic, a person needs to be informed about the subject and provide their unique interpretation and point of view regarding the subject matter, in this case, Utopia.

The word "critique" comes from the word "critiscism", which by definition is "the act or art of analyzing and evaluating or judging the quality of a literary or artistic work, musical performance, art exhibit, dramatic production, etc. "
