Not sure if this is totally 100% correct, but I have this on my test and I just got --  11/3 - irrational
   √48 - irrational
   6.25 (= 6 1/4) - rational
0.01045 - irrational 
√16/81 - irrational
√3/16 - rational 
  0.42(repeating) - irrational
16(pi) - irrational
