the answer would be -10,4 because when something is reflected over the y axis the x-value becomes the opposite sign. when something is reflected over the x-axis then the y-value becomes the opposite
The easiest way to understand it is to draw it. Please notice that the distance from Y axis is still 4, the point is just at the other side of the axis.
