Maslow's Interpretation of Esteem

Physical needs and emotional needs make up Maslow’s interpretation of esteem. As we know that we need things for our survival so physical needs are very necessary for a person and also for his self respect. Emotional needs also play very important role for the respect of a person. Human needs physical stuff for survival that he/she should live better life instead of begging and emotional needs like love, support and respect also matters a lot. Therefore, physical and emotional needs make esteem.

Explain why even though we might call the exercise a “push-up”, skeletal muscle are still pulling? In your answer, be sure to me
Anarel [89]

Answer:

Agonist muscles and antagonist muscles refer to muscles that cause or inhibit a movement.

Explanation:

Agonist muscles cause a movement to occur through their own activation.[4] For example, the triceps brachii contracts, producing a shortening contraction, during the up phase of a push-up (elbow extension). During the down phase of a push-up, the same triceps brachii actively controls elbow flexion while producing a lengthening contraction. It is still the agonist, because while resisting gravity during relaxing, the triceps brachii continues to be the prime mover, or controller, of the joint action. Agonists are also interchangeably referred to as "prime movers," since they are the muscles considered primarily responsible for generating or controlling a specific movement.

DNP is a chemical that has been used by people to lose weight. However, it is a dangerous option and has caused several people t
motikmotik

Answer:

DNP must increase metabolism of food by producing heat instead of ATP.

Explanation:

The drug that promises to lose weight based on Dinitrophenol (DNP) is harmful to health because it contains toxic substances that are not approved by the FDA for human consumption and can cause serious changes that can even lead to death. The changes caused by the drug are to increase the metabolism of food producing heat instead of ATP, so the body runs out of energy and various metabolic processes, essential for human life, are interrupted (including cellular respiration).

The side effects of 2,4-dinitrophenol (DNP) are high fever, frequent vomiting and excessive tiredness that can lead to death. It is a yellow chemical powder that can be found in tablet form and sold illegally for human consumption as thermogenic and anabolic.
