Some serve as pains reliever and medication, these are GOOD DRUGS AND ALCOHOLS.  Drugs and Alcohols can only affect badly to our body once we will abusively use it which may lead to a disastrous physical and mental health outcome.Alcohol is harmful to sports routine, it makes you dehydrated when you’re doing any sports activity because you sweat as your body temperature increases. Dehydrated leads to poor performance. Concentration and reaction could be unpleasantly affected too. It even creates a fearless feeling which some drinkers encountered accidents specifically car accident.
And if someone is a drug addict, he/she has a long-lasting brain disease and it can cause a person to uncontrollably look out drugs though he/she informed about of the harmful effects on taking them. When a person will take drugs, the brain changes the way it used to work. It makes a person to hardly quit or decline from using it. Chemicals in drugs interrupt the communication process, which the nerve cells cannot receive information; both processing and sending information the way how should it be. The prolonged use of drugs can ruin a person’s life wholly. It’s either can bring them to death or in a rehabilitation center.
