Answer:a. Pre-contemplation, contemplation, preparation, action, maintenance, termination

Explanation:

Precontemplation - this is the stage in which people are not inclined towards taking any action to change anytime soon. They are still not convinced that they have a problem or that their behaviour will have a negative outcome. They are more concerned about the negative effect the change will bring to them and not paying attention to the positive results it would bring if they were to change their behaviour.

Contemplation -This is the stage where they start to consider changing in the future, they start to think about it.

Their eyes start to open up to the fact that their behaviour is probably negative. They start to equally evaluate both advantages and disadvantages of changing this behaviour.Eventhough they are thinking about changing their behaviour but at this point they are still resistant towards changing.

Preparation (Determination) - This is the stage where they are ready to start the path towards changing their behaviour within 30 days. They take baby steps because they can now understand that it would be healthy to do so.

Action - now they have acted and want to continue on the same direction they may start engaging in different healthy behaviors .

Maintenance - They working towards ensuring that they don't go back to the same behavior so they striving to make sure they keep what they have achieved.

Termination - this is the stage in which they are truly over their former negative behaviors. They have completely eliminated this behaviour. They are sure they will never return back however it said that this is a difficult stage to reach hence most people stay at the maintenance stage.

nikklg [1K]

The correct answer is irony

Sarcasm and Irony are ways of expressing a statement with a connotative meaning, that is, figurative.

Irony, on the other hand, means “asking by pretending not to know the answer”, “disguise” or “concealment”. The curious thing is that this word has been used, in the past, to refer to ignorance or ignorance about something.

Since the Aristotelian period, sarcasm and irony were already recorded in the speeches. The philosopher Aristotle used these artifices of language when pretending not to understand the idea expressed by the interlocutor, confronting him until he came to a contradiction in speech.

The grammar explains sarcasm and irony as figures of speech used outside their real meaning, which express a tone of debauchery. The difference between sarcasm and irony is that while the first is said in a malicious and harsh tone, the second is a contradictory phrase that generally has a sense of humor.

Why we hate quartering act: American colonists resented and opposed the Quartering Act of 1765, not because it meant they had to house British soldiers in their homes, but because they were being taxed to pay for provisions and barracks for the army – a standing army that they thought was unnecessary during peacetime and an army that they feared…

Why we hate stamp act: The Stamp Act was very unpopular among colonists. A majority considered it a violation of their rights as Englishmen to be taxed without their consent—consent that only the colonial legislatures could grant. Their slogan was "No taxation without representation".

Repealed by: Act Repealing the Stamp Act 1766

personal selling refers to a business practice where companies hire a personal sellers to directly communicate to the consumers and sell their products to them. In return, the company will give a certain percentage of cut to the personal sellers.

This job is perfect for people who like interacting with people personally. They need to be able to understand what each consumers need within a short period of observation, and able to slowly convince the consumers that their product is the best to solve the consumers' need. Natalie seems to has this characteristic if she prefers interacting on individual basis rather than communicating with mass markets.

If a law enforcement officer stops a vehicle for a traffic violation and finds a front seat passenger 17 years of age or younger
cricket20 [7]

Answer:

In the mentioned situation, a seatbelt violation will be charged to the driver.

Explanation:

While the regulation for the use of seatbelt varies in several states, it is the driver's responsibility to make sure passengers wear a seatbelt if one is available. In this case, the car was stopped for a different traffic violation, so it adjusts to secondary enforcement seatbelt law. Since the passenger is not 18 years old or over, the driver will be fined for a seatbelt violation.

If the passenger were 18 years old or over, he or she would be fined.
