There is certainly a rhythm to Grendel's warlike appearance here. He is personified as the devil or devil-like. The author uses alliteration to add impact to a galloping like pace in which Grendel advances (ex. bogs- bearing / trap-trip / God -Grendel).

Differences and similarities between Jim hawkins and Long John Silver from the novel treasure island.
Masteriza [31]

Silver and Jim are very different. Jim is a kind and honest boy who helps his mother at the inn. He is naive, since he has not had many experiences in life, but he has a good heart and compassion for those around him. Silver, for his part, is a pirate, ambitious, dishonest, cheating and often cruel. He is an adult man and has great experience in various factors of life and society.

However, the two characters have similar characteristics. Both have courage, willpower, are adventurous and have a very strong desire to achieve the goals they set for their lives.
