The correct answer is B. A band of travelers sharing stories to entertain one another along the trip

Explanation:

A frame narrative in literature means a story is told within a story, this implies there is a main story and within this story, another story or multiple stories, also called secondary narrative is introduced. In the case of  "The Canterbury Tales" by the English writer Geoffrey Chaucer the main story is a group of pilgrims that are traveling together from London to Canterbury and in the way decide to create a storytelling contest to kill the time and entertain themselves in the trip. Thus, the pilgrims traveling together are the frame narrative within other stories are introduced by the characters or pilgrims as they hare these stories to entertain in their way to Canterbury.

Which of the following practices would most likely lead to biased reporting?
fenix001 [56]

Answer:

D. Including opinions.

Explanation:

Biased reporting is when a distorted report of any research is given. In other words, we can say that biased reporting is when there is any change in the research findings which may alter the report or present falsified facts about it.

Among the given options, biased reporting would be a result of a report that includes the personal opinions of the author. This is because if the report contains any personal opinions of an individual, then that means that report is leaning toward one side of the argument rather than presenting a neutral report.

Thus, the correct answer is option D.

How are Zeus and Athene similar in The Iliad of Homer?
olga_2 [115]

First of all Zeus has no mother. In this sense he is like Athene because she was born from his forehead and has no mother either. She is the godess of wisdom and on many ocassions Zeus is sought for advice on the same matter. Both are corageous and wise.Zeus seems to have this ability to procreate and Athene is also godd at giving birth to inventions useful for men. Also they are the older gods together with Dionysious. She acts on her own initiative without asking Zeus and the god, in turn acts according to his will without asking any other. Both usually work together and are the most powerful  of the gods.
