The inequality to represent the number of t-shirts that Lisa can purchase is 14t + 58 < 150

<u>Solution:</u>

Given that amount Lisa can spent = 150

She wants to buy pair of jeans for $ 58.

Will spend remaining on t-shirt that cost $14 each.

Let’s number of t-shirt she can purchase be represented by variable t.

So price of "t" t-shirts = $14 x t = 14t

So total expense will be represented by price of "t" t-shirts + price of pair of jeans

=> Total expense = 14t + 58

The above amount must always be less than 150.

=> 14t + 58 < 150

Hence inequality 14t + 58 < 150 is required expression where t is number of t-shirts Lisa can purchase.

Answer:

2.5\%

Step-by-step explanation:

From the Empirical Rule, 95% of the data shown falls between 63 and 95. The other 5% is evenly distributed to each side (since the distribution is bell-shaped), hence there being \boxed{2.5\%} of scores less than 63.

The directions say to give the approximate percentage which is vague. You may have to input 3\% if it does not accept 2.5\%.
