Answer: B

Explanation:

Supportive team norms include;  encourage tactics such as humor, to diffuse relationship conflicts when it first appears; discourage any forms of negativity towards team members during open dialogues. This team norms encourages team members to appreciate honest opinions without allowing emotional reactions to arise during disagreements.

Relationship conflicts and constructive conflict (also called task conflict) are different. Task conflicts occurs when the people focus their argument/ discussion on the task at hand and still maintains respect towards the other party that displays a different point of view.

While relationship conflict involves interpersonal clashes between parties. The goal of a pary in this type of onflict is usually to undermine the other making it difficult for a constructive and effective communication. There is also a lack of logical and rational debates in a relationship conflict which makes it escalates quickly compared to task conflicts.

What is the Judaism view on hate?
slega [8]

Answer:       "Jews have once again been murdered, and their children will have to live with the knowledge of that violence. This is the thought that has been haunting Rabbi David Niederman, a leader of the Satmar Hasidic Jewish community: How will he and others explain that two shooters apparently targeted a kosher grocery store run by members of his community in Jersey City, New Jersey, yesterday? “How long,” Niederman asked at a press conference hosted by New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio today, “are these children going to live with their scars?”

"This is the twisted logic of anti-Semitism: Jews are blamed for bringing immigrant “invaders” to the United States while being simultaneously smeared as white supremacists. Jews are the targets of conspiracy theories and stereotypes, and yet Jewish vulnerability is constantly questioned and undermined by people who perceive Jews to have outsize cultural power. Visibly identifiable Jews, including those who might shop at kosher grocery stores like the one in Jersey City, are often targets for violence. At today’s press conference, Niederman, the Satmar rabbi, referred to an old article in The New York Times that asked whether Jews are safe in New York City. “Unfortunately, we see now that we are not safe in the New York metropolitan area,” he said. It’s remarkable that he has come to believe this about New York, of all places: An estimated 1.7 million Jews live in the metropolitan area, the highest concentration of Jews in America."

According to this excerpt, why is it important that the 'near intellectuals" expose themselves to Bessie Smith, Paul Robeson,
Vitek1552 [10]

Answer:

It is important because they need to learn to appreciate their heritage and understand their own culture.

Explanation:

Langston Hughes's essay "The Negro Artist and the Racial Mountain" deals with the issue of accepting one's cultural heritage despite the 'baggage' it contains. Hughes used this essay to address the need for blacks to accept who they are, where they come from, and be happy and content about it without trying to unsuccessfully emulate the white people.

In the given passage from the essay, Hughes states that people need to Bessie Smith and Paul Robeson. These artists are accepting of their black heritage and fought for their rights, addressing the oppression and discrimination they faced. And like them, Hughes wants people to be like these artists, ready to face their oppressors and fight for what is right.  He wants the <em>"near intellectuals"</em> to experience these artists' songs so that it might <em>"cause the smug Negro middle class to turn from their white, respectable, ordinary books and papers to catch a glimmer of their beauty."</em> In short, he is implying that these <u>black people who are trying so hard to emulate the whites need to get a better understanding of their culture and learn to appreciate their heritage instead of trying to be like someone else</u>.

Parents who control and direct their children's eating habits in middle childhood?
Tamiku [17]

Parents who control and direct their children's eating habits in middle childhood may raise children who are incapable of regulating their food intake.

Parents, who give their kids both genes and an environment, have a significant influence on how they eat. By making some foods available over others and serving as role models for eating behaviour, parents can, for instance, have an impact on children's developing preferences and eating patterns. Additionally, parents encourage patterns of food consumption that are essential for children's growth and health by using feeding strategies that have changed through thousands of years.

However, these conventional feeding methods can encourage overeating and weight gain in the present eating contexts, which are characterized by an abundance of cheap, appealing, energy-dense food. Parents want direction regarding alternatives to conventional feeding methods in order to tackle the issue of promoting a healthy weight in children in the current gastronomic environment.

Marcia proposed the concept of _____ to describe a person's position in the development of identity.
sineoko [7]

Answer:Identity Status

Explanation:

Identity Status Theory (Marcia)

Marcia tried to simplify and extend the work of Psychological development which was started by Erik Erikson and he used four identity statuses. It focuses on one's commitment based on personal and social personality.

Here are those four identity statuses which do not refer to stages and are not in an sequence.

Identity Diffusion – this is a status (during adolescence)in which someone hasn't established their own choices and are not commiting or looking to commit to any choice.

Identity Foreclosure – this is when an adolescent start to establish their roles values and goals and are ready to commit and confrom to what expected of them, eventhough they have not explored other options that are out there.

Identity Moratorium –this is a crisis status in which one is facing difficulties whilst trying to commit to only certain choices.

Identity Achievement – at this status one has established their own sense of identity.
