if Sandy ran 4 miles every week for 4 weeks, she would reach her goal of 20 miles for the month. the first day of the first week Sandy run 1 2/4 miles. how many miles does she still need to run the first week?

Well this is a bit of a trick question because she would be at 16 miles for the month. But I don't know but to get to 4 miles from 1 2/4 it would be 3 1/2. I would still ask your teacher about this question :).
