A better description of the Vietnam War would be that it was a struggle against colonialism. The Vietnamese were fighting against French oppresion at first but were later fighting against american occupation which tried to gain control of the country due to the fact that they didn't want for communism to spread.

Explanation:

Marbury v. Madison was a Supreme Court case in which the U.S. Supreme Court on 24th February 1803, declared an act of the Congress as unconstitutional and therefore established the well-known doctrine of Judicial Review.

The Supreme Court of the United States established the doctrine of Judicial Review by its ruling in the Marbury v. Madison. The decision, in this case, empowered the American courts to strike down the statutes, laws and other actions of the government that violates the U.S. Constitution.

Capitol Hill event!!!
Oksanka [162]
It probably would’ve been different. I don’t think that if it was black or Islamic protestors then the capitol would’ve been breached. If it had been then the police wouldn’t let them in but instead there would be shots and gas. It would’ve been way more violent.
