Ok so i looked it up on Disability.gov you can the laws and explanations there.  These are the Disability laws
The rehab of act of 1973 is a disability law
The air carrier act is a disability law
Individuals with disabilities act is a  disability law  

So you are left with the Veteran Readjustment Act. I looked it up and found it is NOT a part of the disability laws.  It is something on it's own and called the Vietnam Veteran Readjust Act.
