Bobby Jones, an accountant for ABC Corporation, has been suspected of committing fraud. Some information already gathered about

the fraud points to Bobby Jones as the most likely perpetrator. In his scheme, Bobby supposedly stole more than $5 million over the past three years. Due to the magnitude of the fraud and to set an example in the company, ABC decides to prosecute Bobby both civilly and criminally.
