The factors were mostly geographical. They had Nile to help them make food and have surpluses for trading and they were also protected from intrusions on all sides. One side had the desert, one had Nile, and one had the Sea, and nobody could just easily attack and destroy them.
Henry Ford was the first entrepreneur to implement assembly line
production. There is some discussion as to whether it was actually Ford
himself that truly came up with the idea of bringing the assembly line
into the factory, but it cannot be argued that never before had it been
done with quite that level of success.
