From where would a former Nazi official MOST likely expect to leave Europe if they were being smuggled out by Catholic friars or
Ira Lisetskai [31]

We can actually deduce here that Hamburg, Germany a former Nazi official would most likely expect to leave Europe if they were being smuggled out by Catholic friars or bishops.

What is a Catholic friar?

A Catholic friar is actually known to be a man that is known to belong to any of the Roman Catholic religious orders. They are known to have taken a vow of poverty. They are known as Catholic clergies too.

In the past, the title "friar" was given to individual members of these orders. But they are no longer common.

We see here that the Catholic friars actually helped to smuggle out Nazi officials.

What did the Arab invaders of the Sind and the Turkish invaders of Khurasan have in common?
Afina-wow [57]

The answer is belief in Islam.

Arabs invaded the Sindh region in northern India during the 8th century. It was the Arab Umayyad Caliphate (an Islamic empire) which attempted to expand its frontiers to the East and conquer India and, therefore, started a series of campaigns against the Indian kingdoms in the East of the Indus river, but finally failed to conquer this region.

The Turkish were a nomad people from central Asia who converted to Islam in the 10th century. After that, under the leadership of Tugrul Beg of the Seljuk dynasty, they started to expand to the South-West and invaded the Khurasan region in Eastern Persia. They established the Seljuk Empire which expanded to the West into Anatolia, what today is modern Turkey.
