You can take a break from what you're doing, relax, do one of your favorite hobbies. You can stop for a moment and think over what's going on, talk to someone you know that can help you. If it has to do with a question you can ask for help from a teacher or a parent, or even a friend that you know you can trust. You can write your problems down, then throw them away to show yourself that you can get over anything that's trying to stop you.
