The key features are Lincoln’s reconstruction plan is called 10% plan and Johnson plan has given freedom to slaves.

The president Lincoln has drafted a 10 percent reconstruction plan to admit southern states to the union. The main aim of the plan is that ten percent of the southern states voter according to the voter rolls of 1860 should take oath of commitment to join the union.

This plan has made an impact throughout the union and assisted the conclusion of the war. Same in the case of Andrew Johnson's plan of reconstruction, his policies were very lenient and people of southern states find it easy to cooperate with the plan.

The main aim of his plan is to remove power from old planter aristocracy and to protect small framers and also gave the freedom to slavery. By his plan he has achieved a revolution in the southern society.

Federal courts should stop legislating from the bench and imposing their POV over that of the representatives of the people. Provision to recall and vote out judges needs to be enacted. Provision to overturn decisions based on the fact that they usurped legislative function, needs to be enacted. Juries should be the final authority in trial courts. The Juries should hold the judge in contempt if he tries to be their boss. Neither just follow the law as written if they don't like it get it changed they shouldn't rewrite the law to suit their on opinions!
