The answer is -3^15
You start with the brackets and (3^2x3^3) =3^5. Now we have -(3^5) ^3. Because the is one expoente out of the brackets and one in you multiple the exponent (3x5=15) and you distribute the negative sign you get -3^15. Hope this helps!

F(x) = 3x + 9, g(x) = 5x2<br><br> Find (f + g)(x).
maxonik [38]
(f-g)(x) is a shorthand way of saying that you need to get the difference of the two functions: f(x) and g(x). so essentially, (f-g)(x) = f(x) - g(x) = 5x+2 - (-3x+4) = 8x-2 (f/g)(-2) = f(-2)/g(-2) = -4/5 or -0.8 Hope this helps.

An object oscillates as it moves along the
Sauron [17]

Using it's formula, it is found that the displacement between t= 0  and t = 1 second is of 0 m.

The equation of motion is given by:

x(t) = 4\sin{\left(\pi t + \frac{\pi}{6}\right)}

The <em>displacement </em><u>between t= 0  and t = 1 second</u> is given by:

d = x(1) - x(0)

Hence:

x(1) = 4\sin{\left(\pi + \frac{\pi}{6}\right)} = 4\sin{\left(\frac{7\pi}{6}\right)} = -\frac{4}{2} = -2

x(0) = 4\sin{\left(\frac{\pi}{6}\right)} = \frac{4}{2} = 2

Then:

d = x(1) - x(0) = -2 + 2 = 0

The displacement is of 0 m.
