Answer

Challenges faced by countries limiting the spread of communicable diseases are;

• Lack of vaccination

• Lack of healthy food available

• Decrease of available clean water

Explanation

Communicable diseases are infectious diseases caused by microorganisms like viruses, parasites, bacteria and fungi. The transmission process is by ingesting contaminated food or through bites from insects. Lack of safe drinking water, unsafe food and poor sanitation like inadequate excreta disposal facilities  result in diarrhoeal diseases leading to challenges in limiting the spread of infections.

I would say #1 #3 #4 are the most reasonable options. Healthy food doesn't really affect the communication of a disease and ultimately does nothing to change it. Eating French fries isn't going to give you malaria, but an increase in migration of infected animals will. Especially those who are sold illegally or trafficked across borders. And people not taking their vaccinations has caused an increase in illnesses we have gotten rid of years ago, like polio. #3 is also reasonable since people who travel all over the world, even if they don't get sick, might carry foreign illnesses that perhaps other countries don't have vaccinations for and infect others.

Hi Jae Here!

Explanation:

In general, red meats (beef, pork and lamb) have more saturated (bad) fat than chicken, fish and vegetable proteins such as beans. Saturated and trans fats can raise your blood cholesterol and make heart disease worse.
