Answer by Mimiwhatsup: The federalists felt that the addition wasn't necessary, especially for the bill of rights because they felt that the Constitution stood only limited the government not the people. The anti- Federalists claimed the Constitution gave the central government too much power and felt that the Bill Of Rights was necessary.
