If Erik wants to become a dermatologist nurse first he should have completed a Bachelor degree in nursing or an associate degree in nursing. To acquire a specialized nursing certificate in a particular field he should definitely finish the exam and get a Registered nurse certificate.

After getting the RN licence he is supposed to serve at least for two years in the dermatology department. After that he can opt for a dermatology nursing certification to become a dermatologist nurse.
