6.                 BE OPEN TO NEW IDEAS.

Often, we’re quick to shut others down when their ideas fall outside of our comfort zone, but keeping an open mind is essential to working as a team with your colleagues. Let everyone have their say and don’t be afraid to try new, innovative techniques.

7.     GET FEEDBACK.

It can be hard to hear a critique of your teaching or lessons, but ultimately it can be very helpful to you and other teachers to get some feedback. Some schools schedule observations or videotape teachers, but even informal feedback can be beneficial.

8.          Be open to new learning styles.

A lot of teachers have the opinion that each student is comfortable with their own style of learning and it’s always better to encourage them to learn in their preferred style. Moreover, being a teacher, you have to keep updated about the latest teaching styles that can optimize the learning process.

This is really simple! I recommend doing a drawing, even if you don't have any artistic talent. You can choose any topic, but here's some suggestions: your favorite animal, your favorite location, something you like to do, etc. Draw your topic and/or anything related to it. For the last question something like "I enjoyed having freedom on this assignment because it made it much more fun" would be good!
