Hey there!
Russia is a communist state located in the Eastern Hemisphere, with its current leader as Vladimir Putin. It's the largest country in the world, so it's no surprise that it takes up more than just one region.
As I said, Russia is a very large country, measuring just about <span>7,098,242 km2. It's so large, the official measurements say that it's 77 percent in Asia, and the rest in Europe.
The odd part? Most Russians live in the European part, and a lot of the Asian part is very cold and unhabitable to most.
Hope this helps!

Alfred Wegener found this out through the Continental Drift Theory.
Water that is not evaporated or transpired by trees is infiltrated. Infiltration is the passage of water into the soil. This water can flow through the soil or move downward. this is called percolation. Eventually water that enters the soil can become a part of the groundwater and groundwater flow and enter rivers or end up in the sea.
Earthquakes produce three types of seismic waves: primary waves, secondary waves, and surface waves. Each type moves through materials differently. In addition, the waves can reflect, or bounce, off boundaries between different layers.
