The creation of pottery was one of those things. The pottery was very practical, relatively easy to make, and the material for it was in abundance. The humans used it for cooking, for eating, for drinking, keeping things in it. Because of this, the pottery creation saw a significant increase, and it is no wonder that it is by far the most abundant archaeological thing found.
