Same as original, density = mass / volume, cutting the block in two pieces or any number of pieces doesn't change the density as ratio m/v remains constant.
The Area of a circle =π.R² (R=radius). & π 3.14
Since you didn't give the length of the Radius, then the area of the circle=3.14R²
An easier way of doing this would be to subtract the initial attitude from the final attitude and divide by the rate of increase
= 30000 - 6000÷4000
= 24000÷4000
=6mins
