Answer:

9P4 = 3024

Step-by-step explanation:

We have to find the value of 9P4.

We know the formula for permutation which is given by

^nP_r=\frac{n!}{(n-r)!}

We have,

n = 9

r = 4

On plugging these values in the above formula, we get

^9P_4=\frac{9!}{(9-4)!}

^9P_4=\frac{9!}{5!}

^9P_4=\frac{5!\times 6\times 7\times 8\times 9}{5)!}

^9P_4= 6\times 7\times 8\times 9

^9P_4=3024

Hello!

₉P₄ means the number of permutations of 9 objects chosen 4 at a time.
<span>This is 9! / (9-4)! = 362,880 / 120 = 3024.
</span>
nPr = n!/(n-r)!
<span>nCr = n!/(n-r)!r!
</span>
<span>So as said, in this case its 9P4=9!\5!=9*8*7*6=3024
</span>

Hope this Helps! Have A Wonderful Day! :)

A system of equations is shown below:
gtnhenbr [62]
Y = 8x - 2
y = 9x - 7

  8x - 2 = 9x - 7
- 8x       - 8x
        -2 = x - 7
      + 7      + 7
         5 = x

y = 8x -2
y = 8(5) - 2
y = 40 - 2
y = 38
(x, y) = (5, 38)

The answer is C.

Would the answer for 36 be $9.88 or $9.75?
ludmilkaskok [199]

total bill before any discounts $13.

she is a student, so she gets 20% off.

she brought an item of clothing, so she gets 5% off.

so she's really getting 20% + 5% off, namely 25% off her bill.

\bf \begin{array}{|c|ll} \cline{1-1} \textit{a\% of b}\\ \cline{1-1} \\ \left( \cfrac{a}{100} \right)\cdot b \\\\ \cline{1-1} \end{array}~\hspace{5em}\stackrel{\textit{25\% of 13}}{\left( \cfrac{25}{100} \right)13\implies 3.25}~\hfill \stackrel{\textit{bill with all discounts}}{13-3.25\implies 9.75}
