I am also physically active every day. Something that prevents me from making these changes is lack of motivation because of everything that is going on in the world. To help stick to my goal, I can think of something that will motivate me for example, thinking about how I can become healthier by having better habits. Naomi was a wealthy lady who lived in the land of Israel with her family. one year the harvest was bad and everyone came to Naomi's husband for money and food. ( Some say her husband wanted the people to pray for rain instead of just relying on charity.) Not wanting to give food the family packed up and moved to Moab. There his two sons married the two princesses of Moab. One married Orpah and the other Ruth. However, God wasn't happy the family left Israel and Ruth's husband died. After that the family fell into a downward spiral first they lost their animals, then land. then money, until finally the sons lost their lives. Naomi realizing that Moab would only bring her sorrow she a once wealthy lady now a pauper decided to go back home.

Prudence and loyalty, because in the story, Odysseus is disguised as a very old man, (so he can visit his old home without anyone knowing it's him- many drunk men were at his house to ask for the hand of his wife, since they thought Odysseus would never return, and if they would've found out that his wife's husband has returned, the drunk men would've killed Odysseus), and when he enters his old house, his wife tells their maid, (Penelope), to take care and wash up the old man, which she does, but she finds out that the old man is actually Odysseus! He can't have ANYONE knowing, (as explained before), though Penelope senses that his presence is supposed to keep secret, so she doesn't say a word about it. Penelope's actions gives us an insight of her character traits, known as prudence and loyalty. =)
