"My name is Ozymandias, Kings of Kings

Look on my Works, ye Mighty, and despair!"

These words certainly contrasts with the Ozymandias's heart. The words explains cruel and oppressive character of the Ozymandias, who is ordering people "despair", to lose all hope, because he is the King of Kings and no one can match his power. From the poem, we also come to know that Ozymandias's only accomplishment was the statue of himself, which shows that he was indeed a self-aggrandizing and ego-maniac person.
