Adding whole numbers you just have a whole number but when you add decimals you have to line up the decimals. If you line them up you can just treat it as adding whole numbers

Help! If a = 57 in, b = 23 in, c = 72 in, and d = 26 in, what is the perimeter?
Oliga [24]

Answer: The correct answer is B. 350in

Step-by-step explanation: because there is one c, two a, four b, two d, and you have to add 20 for the extra space that didn’t have a measurement. So 72+57+57+23+23+23+23+26+26+20=350

When this 3 digit number is rounded to the nearest hundred it rounds to 900.The digit in the ones place is the fifth odd number
gizmo_the_mogwai [7]

Answer:

949

Step-by-step explanation:

If the 3 digit number is rounded to 900, then this number is between 900 and 950.

The digit in the ones place is the fifth odd number begginning with 1, so this number is number 9.

Lastly, the sum of digits is 22.

Putting our number as 9x9, where x is the tens digit, we know that 9 + x + 9 = 22, so we have that x = 4

So, our number is 949
