C. Kind - She is well known for being innocent and quiet, almost no one knows she even exists to a certain extent. She couldn't be cruel, or spiteful, but maybe adventurous towards the end of the story. But if I were answering this, I would answer kind because that's all she ever knew.

She plays the role of a girl who is banished to the Island along with her father when her age was just three. She is very compassionate, innocent and unaware of the world which is around her. What is the name of the common error in the following sentence? Having risen because of the rains, the hikers were unable to cro
ValentinkaMS [17]
The answer to this question is C - the common error in this sentence is a dangling modifier. The dangling modifier included here, would be the words 'having risen'. It Is unclear in this sentence whether this phrase is referring to the hikers, or the river. The hikers could have been woken up early because of the rains, until we reach the end of the sentence that concerns a river that also could have risen due to the rains.
