Studentka2010 [4]

Well, I'm the oldest in a family of 3 (kids) And if your younger sibling is being very dramatic I find there is a couple of ways to fix this.

One: Sit down and tell a story

Two: Intertain her with toys

Three: FOOD

Four: A movie

Ps I understand how it is, just don't stand down and let her know you she is getting to you.

Flexibility is not important when performing daily tasks. Please select the best answer from the choices provided. T F
Zigmanuir [339]
False. Flexibility is a very important component in exercise. Without flexibility the range of motion of joints will be limited which will result to serious injuries. Often it is the most overlooked part of a training program but if athletes knew of the benefits it could bring they will surely be performing this in their programs. Flexibility can be developed through a wide variety of active and passive stretches. It improves performance because joints can easily move and are not restricted to perform the necessary muscle contractions needed for a particular activity.
