The juice in the can is colder than the juice in the bottle because the can is metal, and metal heats/gets cold faster than the bottle which is made of plastic. Metal can also hold the heat or cold longer than plastic can. However, it does not effect the contents of the metal can or the plastic bottle.

Explain why cheek cells appear less complex than a paramecium
sukhopar [10]

Answer and explanation;

-Paramecium is an entire organism, and has to carry out all of life's function. A cheek cell is just an epithelial cell that doesn't have much because cheek cells are a part of a larger organism, therefore, they don't need to be mobile. Paramecium are free living , thus they need to be able to seek out food on their own.

-Organisms made of more than one cell are called multicellular organisms. The number of cells being less in smaller organisms does not, in any way, affect the functioning of the organisms. therefore a paramecium functions like any other living organism and has to attain activities such as nutrition and reproduction; etc.

Coating the neural fibers with an insulating fatty sheath during the process of __________ improves the efficiency of message tr
Darya [45]

Answer;

-Myelination

Explanation;

-Myelination is the process in which neural fibers are coated with an insulating fatty sheath (called myelin) that improves the efficiency of message transfer.

-Most nerve fibers are surrounded by an insulating, fatty sheath called myelin, which acts to speed up impulses. The myelin sheath contains periodic breaks called nodes of Ranvier. By jumping from node to node, the impulse can travel much more quickly than if it had to travel along the entire length of the nerve fiber.
