→Law of order has other name Commutative property.Commutative property does not go well with operation Division.

  \frac{x}{y} \neq \frac{y}{x}

→Law of grouping is also Known as Associative property.Three numbers a,b and c does not satisfy Associative property with respect to division.That is

  → (a÷b)÷c≠a÷(b÷c)

 \rightarrow \frac{a}{b} \times \frac{1}{c}\neq a \times \frac{c}{b}\\\\\rightarrow \frac{a}{bc}\neq\frac{ac}{b}

→So,Both law of order and the law of grouping does not work with Operation division.
