Number of widgets needed to make one motor = 11

Number of motors made each day = 4

Number of widgets used per day :-

= 4 × 11

= 44 widgets

Number of widgets I need to order for the next five days of the upcoming week :-

= 44 × 5

= 220 widgets

Therefore , my team should order 220 widgets for the next week ( 5 working days ) .

Answer:

Your answer should be 220 widgets

Step-by-step explanation:

Becasue if you have 11 in one motor and you build four a day then multiply 4 and 11 to get 44. Then you see that you get 44 widgets in a day you multiply 44 by the number of working days which is 5. So after multiplying you get 220 widgets per week.

svet-max [94.6K]

Answer:

That is incorrect. It would be appropriate if the median were 79.3, since the median is the value in the middle (when placing the data in order).

A Ski resort tracks the proportion of seasonal employees who are rehired each season. Rehiring a seasonal employee is beneficial
DaniilM [7]

The test statistic z will be equal to -0.946 and it shows that there is no significant difference in the proportion of rehires between full time and part time.

Given sample sizes of 833 and 386 and result of samples 434 and 189.

n_{1} =833,     n_{2}=386

Proportion  of full time=434/833=0.52

Proportion of part time=189/386=0.49.

Difference in proportion =0.52-0.49

H_{0}:TTF- i∈ rho=0

H_{1}: TTF+i∈ rho≠0.

Mean of difference=0.03

Z=(X-μ)/σ

σ=\sqrt{0.4517/447}

=0.0317

σ=0.0317

z=(0-0.03)/0.0317

=-0.03/0.0317

=-0.317

p value will be =0.1736.

Because p value is greater than 0.01 so we will accept the null hypothesis which shows that there is no significant difference in the proportions.

Hence there is no significant difference in the proportion of rehires between full time and part time.

Dan weighs 205 pounds but is only 5 feet 8 inches tall. Evan is 6 feet tall. How much would you expect Evan to weigh if they hav
Rina8888 [55]

Answer:

Around 217 pounds

Step-by-step explanation:

Let's convert the height into inches.

5 feet 8 = 5\cdot12 + 8 = 60 + 8 = 68

6 feet = 6\cdot12 = 72.

We can set up a proportion

\frac{205}{68} = \frac{x}{72}

We can use the cross products property to find x.

205\cdot72=14760\\\\\\14760\div68\approx217

Hope this helped!
