Many people have the believe that lunar forces are a major influence on certain behaviors that happen, many people seem more angry while others could be sad or have bad luck. Astronomers say it’s a coincidence.

<u>EXPLANATION:</u>

  • It is believed that the full moon especially has the power to give rise to unpredictable and unheard of events. However, this is only a myth.
  • The myth arises from ancient times when there were moonless nights at places and people could not move out.
  • With the full moon, people got enough light to gather and attend festivals and this is when they were susceptible to pick-pockets and other events which created a fear of moving out on full moon nights.
