The person who is suffering from this problem may not aware that he/she has sleep apnea. It happened and they realize when they feel fatigued during their whole day. Many times person start treatment at the complaints of their partner. When they explain that they snored very loudly and in between for a short period they stop breathing. It is common among obese people and they snore very loud.
