The correct answer is: Building a widespread transit system.

The reason is that building this type of system will surely help reducing Florida's air pollution. When public transport works well, most people feel encouraged to use it. As a consequence, less private transport is used, what means that there would be less vehicules on the roads, less air pollution and less use of energy.

The Second Continental Congress:_______ a) created a unitary government in the U.S. b) established an army. signed a treaty with
FromTheMoon [43]

Answer:

B) Established an Army

Explanation:

Second continental congress was organised in 1775. It was different form the first congress as it didn't simply demonstrate the unity but was a form of government to direct and organise the colonies.

All thirteen colonies elected their delegates to represent them at continental congress. It functioned as a government, issued paper currency, appointed ambassadors and raised a continental army through conscription and also appointed the generals to lead the army.

The Second continental congress was called because the American revolutionary war had started on April 19,1775. The battle of Lexington and Concord was the first military engagement between the colonialists and the British.

The colonies required an army to deal with the military threat of the British, so the Second continental congress was called.

If the researchers in the third study wanted to test the influence of aging on context-dependent memory effects, they could:A.sh
NikAS [45]

This question seems to be incomplete. However, there is enough information to find the right answer.

Answer:

B.show the faces to all participants in one room, then move half of the participants in each group to a new room to identify faces.

Explanation:

Context-dependent memory refers to information that is more easily recalled when the subject is in the same context where encoding and retrieval took place. Meaning, for example, that being in the same room where the patient was first introduced to a new face would make it easier for him to recognize it again. In this example, the room difference could be context-dependent, so showing the faces to all the participants in one room, and then moving half of them to a new room would be the best way to test the influence of aging on context-dependent memory effects.
