Honestly it’s simple. If it feels you must do your work, do it. Make time to enjoy other people like family and friends. Most people know when they’ve done wrong or need to let up from working.

Go out, meet people, party. Just do it to a point where you feel productive and these activities reduce negative stress. Nothing more really.
