301.6= 3.14*h/3 

first, we bring the 3 to the other side, to do that, we must perform the opposite operation. The 3 is being divided on this side, meaning we must multiply by 3 on both sides to get rid of it. 

301.6 (3) =3.14*h (3) /3 
904.8= 3.14 *h --------------(the 3's on this side are gone because they cancel each other out) 

now since the 3.14 is being multiplied on this side, we must divide by 3.14 on both sides to get rid of it. 

904.8/3.14 = 3.14*h /3.14 

h= 208.2 !!
