LITERAL LEVEL: This level is limited to extract the information given in the text, no interpretive value is added. The fundamental processes that lead to this level of reading are: observation, comparison, classification, relationship, change, order and transformations.

SUPERNATURAL LEVEL:Definitely the supernatural level in a story must go in relation to the real, fundamental in the fantastic genre, it can assume different characteristics that go from a disturbance or a unidirectional causal determination of one over the other (either of the real over the supernatural).

PSYCOLOGIST LEVEL:  This level specifically refers to the relationship between the reader and the type of story he / she is reading, emphasizing the comprehension, capture and storage of ideas. It also refers to the type of emosiones that the story may provoke to the individual and how it is It can interfere effectively or erroneously in your usual environment.

What images and words does Yeats use to develop the theme that anarchy has overrun
nlexa [21]

Yeats uses images of spirals and falcon to show how anarchy has invaded the world.

We can arrive at this answer because:

  • The poem features a falcon that got caught in a spiral that grew and advanced through the world more and more.
  • This prevented the falcon from following its path and getting lost from the falconer, without being able to get rid of the spiral.
  • This spiral that grows and advances around the world represents anarchy and Yeats uses it to show how anarchy is addictive, difficult to escape, and devastating.
  • The falcon represents human beings, who are trapped in anarchy, unable to follow their paths and contributing to its advancement and destruction.

With this, Yeats reinforces the idea that once humans are trapped in anarchy, it will be difficult to stop it.

This question is about the poem “The Second Coming.”
