I think that you forgot to give the options along with the question. "To respond to the increased military power of Germany" was the one main reason that Great Britain, France, and Russia formed the Triple Entente. Germany was the global power that was threatening to capture the other countries around the globe.
To Lincoln the Union was perpetual and that once states were part of the Union they couldn't secede. I guess he must have overlooked the 10th Amendment. And, the Civil War wasn't about slavery no matter how often you're told that. The Civil War was fought to destroy the 9th and 10th Amendments to the Bill of Rights.
I would say that that the answers are as follows:
3.) Why did you decide to fight for abolition?
5.) Did you always believe that slavery was wrong?
6.) Were there many challenges for your movement?
7.)What did you feel about the success of your efforts?
When monotheism first became an idea it was really different and in some cases shocking to what they people at the time believed, they believed in many gods for different things, so the fact that some people believed in only one God was surprising but also in a way seemed like a good deal to some as they only had to focus on 1 supreme being. As we also know, religions with only one God seem to still be around and be stronger than those with many. (sometimes, not always.)
