Eat healthy which means the person should eat green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits which will make their body healthy and free from diseases.

Drink lots of water. This makes the body free from toxins and helps in removal of waste materials from the body.

Sleep on time and rise early. Give some time to the exercise. These are some of the skills that leads to a good and healthy life.

okay I think I covered the basics about my mental health and social health and the steps I follow.  I have a board on my wall in my bed room I keep theses steps on, When I look at the board it's easy to remember the steps I need to take to be a better person. A while back I got really depressed to the point I had to see a doctor about it or shrink if you wanna call it that, but he introduced me to these steps, and I thank him every time I see him.
