Let the cost of the shoes he want to buy be x

Delivery Fee charged = one twentieth of cost of shoes

DF=\frac{x}{20}

Total Cost incurred = Cost + DF

= x+\frac{x}{20}

=\frac{21x}{20}

The budget of Albert is $105

Hence

\frac{21x}{20}≤105

21x≤2100

x≤\frac{2100}{21}

x≤100

Hence Albert must chose a shoe which costs him less than $100
