I assume the 38º measurement refers to the measure of arc BE. Then

$37^\circ=\dfrac{m\widehat{AJ}-38^\circ}2\implies m\widehat{AJ}=112^\circ$

and so

$32^\circ=\dfrac{112^\circ-m\widehat{FH}}2\implies m\widehat{FH}=\boxed{48^\circ}$

(I think the theorem I used here is called "angle of intersecting secants")
