Answer: Rutherford

Explanation:

Simply speaking,

Democritus discovered the atom.

Dalton gave the atomic theory and establishes that 2 atoms form a compound.

Thompson discovered corpuscles (later called electrons) from his study of the cathode rays.

Rutherford, a student of Thompson discovered the nucleus and proposed an atomic theory that greatly improved on Dalton's.

Bohr did extensive research on particle physics. Bohr's Atomic Theory was an improvement on Rutherford's and this led to his postulation of the Quantum theory.

To me, Rutherford is the important contributor to development of the Screen technologies like TV sets, PC screens and monitors and etc which happens to be the current technology appliances in our daily lives.

what might an observant Chinese traveler from the Han dynasty era find surprising or offensive in India or the Greco-Roman world
Ratling [72]

Similarities

  • China during the Han dynasty had very structured social hierarchies, with twenty different classes. This somewhat resembled the caste system of India.
  • Arranged marriages were the norm, as was the case in India. Also, divorces were allowed just like in the Greco-Roman world.
  • Social and economic activities were highly gendered in all three countries.
  • Philosophy, arts and literature were very developed in all three cultures.

Differences

  • Buddhist ideas were adopted during this period, which were very different from the religious traditions of the other regions.
  • The Chinese government was highly centralized, while the Greek city-states were closer to a democratic, federal institution.
  • Culinary traditions were very different among the regions because of their different weather.

timama [110]
One of the "paganic" beliefs that the Aztecs thought at the prehistoric time would be that in order to continue the sun on moving, it must be fed with a precious fluid, at which time they guessed it could be human blood. They made a lot of human sacrifices for the sun in which these humans are mostly slaves or prisoners.
