During the last two decades we have experience significant changes in Latin American. Starting from the northest side, Venezuela the last decades have experienced an increasing economical crisis caused by bad handling of resources and extreme corruption. In the middle part, we have Colombia and Brazil, two contries with heavy capitalism signs, they have been experiencing problems like corruption and bad government. At the south side, we have Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, Bolivia and Chile most of the changes for this countries has been political changes and minor social problems. The unique constant in all these statements are politics, so the changes in latin america has been significant due to political decitions.

During the last two decades of the 20th century, Latin America experienced economic crisis. But, was able to learn from it and made investments through loans and applied neoliberal strategies. They went back to a democracy which they believed was better than dictatorship.
