A well-known illustration is Hector Berlioz's Symphonie fantastique, which describes a drug-induced group of unhealthy illusions concerning the unanswered emotion of a fine-tuned poet including killing, shooting, and the sufferings of Hell.
The symphony represents his attraction and desires, scenes and notes of kindness, and hopelessness.
