So I'm not sure if this means translation to English or just the English bible. The first complete English-language translation of the bible was made in 1382 and was created by John Wycliffe and a lot of his followers. However, Martin Luther's translation of the old testament from Hebrew into German was made in 1534, so I'm not totally sure what bible it means but I hope this helps you.
