Answer:

Adolescent egocentrism

Explanation:

The term was originated by David Elkind, a child psychologist. Adolescent egocentrism according to David is the phenomenon which describes the adolescents' inability to perceive reality such the adolescent is not able to distinguish between they perceive about what people think about them and what really does apply regarding what people actually think about them. Assume the minimum wage exceeds the market-clearing wage. If there is an increase in the labor supply, then the number of worker
Lemur [1.5K]

Answer:

Increase; not change

Explanation:

If the minimum wages tend to exceed the market clearing wages which is the wages in which the supply of labour equal to the demand for labour the labour supply will increased and the numbers of unemployed workers will definitely INCREASED while the number of the already employed workers will NOT CHANGE it will remain the same because the supply of labour did not equal the demand for labour since the minimum wages has exceeded the market clearing wages.

The numbers of supply has increased leading to the numbers of unemployed workers to increased because their is supply but no demand.

Therefore increased in supply of labour = increased in unemployed workers.

Trava [24]
Slavery and American Ideal of freedom was in tension during the writing of the declaration of Independence for many reasons. For example, America was just becoming it's own country, they were declaring independence from Britain. Now they are on their own and not under Control of Britain, they had to make some decisions on freedom and slavery. They believed that all men should be free...but at the same time believed in Slavery. That is why there was tension. They were becoming a new country and people have different opinions and view on slavery and freedom.

What institution does Rachels quote to establish his claim that active euthanasia has been generally seen as immoral, while pass
Dennis_Churaev [7]

Answer:

The institution Rachels quotes to establish his claim that active euthanasia has been generally seen as immoral, while passive euthanasia is seen as acceptable is The American Medical Association.

Explanation:

In his "Active and Passive Euthanasia", James Rachels discusses the morality behind each of the concepts. In active euthanasia, someone would have to administer some sort of lethal drug for the patient to die, while in passive euthanasia, death happens by omission, by doing nothing and simply allowing someone to die. The American Medical Association considers active euthanasia "incompatible with the physician’s role as healer". It is the association's beliefe that, even if the patient does wish to die due to prolonged suffering and pain, euthanasia does "more harm than good".
